Platform description
PlasticBasket is a B2B marketplace and intelligence platform for the global plastics, polymers, recycling, and packaging industries. It connects buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and industry professionals. The platform provides supplier profiles, product listings, news, market data, and event information.
User accounts
Certain features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information current.
Supplier listings
Suppliers listed on PlasticBasket are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, product specifications, and any claims made in their listings. PlasticBasket does not verify all supplier-provided information and makes no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. The Verified Supplier designation reflects a PlasticBasket review process but does not constitute an endorsement.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the platform to transmit spam, post false or misleading information, infringe third-party intellectual property rights, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the platform or its users.
Intellectual property
All content on PlasticBasket — including text, data, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to PlasticBasket and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. PlasticBasket does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Market data, price information, and industry content are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a sole basis for commercial decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PlasticBasket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including any reliance on information obtained through it.
Changes to these terms
